Welcome to The Social Parlour. Our fully renovated, beautiful property was designed with luxury in mind. The property is divided into 3 stories, with 3 spacious, fully furnished bedrooms and 1 full bathroom on each level. We pride ourselves in the pristine condition of both the interior and exterior of the property.  Upon entering you will be greeted by glowing chandeliers, eye-popping décor, and a bright ambiance.  There is a full shared kitchen on the first level, In addition to a smaller kitchenette area on the 3rd level and washer/dryer on the 1st level that can be used at your convenience.

There is a separate entrance on the premises for a commercial space that is sometimes uses for hosting small meetings, brunches, or used as a workspace. The commercial space is sound proof and designed to not affect your quiet and comfort in any manner. All of common areas, as well as the exterior of the property, are equipped with Arlo Security to ensure your safety. In addition, all doors are keypad controlled for your added safety. Your room is fully renovated with new construction and furniture including brand new queen size bed, ample closet space, ceiling fan, and beautiful décor to make you feel at home.

The Social Parlour is located on a quiet block, with free street parking and a parking lot a block away, will allow for no issues with parking. We are located right next to major roadways and accessible to various modes of transportation; public buses, subways, and rail lines. If you are looking for great food, try one of Philly’s best cheesesteaks spots right in walking distance, or even Attic Brewery for live some music, comedy shows, and local farmers market.
